Appearance: He has black hair, long enough to be pulled back into a small ponytail, is about 5'9", and has a somewhat pale complexion.
Occupation: Lighting Technician
History: Originally from England, Matthew grew up on an acreage in the wet and cold countryside. His parents never exactly doled out attention to him or his younger sister, but they weren't cruel either. He moved to Paris when he was twenty, a year after his father died in a car accident. He hadn't planned on working with the lighting in the opera house, but he couldn't hold any other job than that for very long. In the end, he decided that he wasn't doing much else with his life and stayed on. With only a year of general studies for his college education, he really didn't have much of a choice. Currently he lives only a short distance away from the opera house, which he walks to each and every day that he does or doesn't need to.
Personality: Regularily, he is a very shy person, but if the mood takes him, he can be quite the opposite. He doesn't like crowds, or loud places, and can often be seen lurking in the back at any kind of gathering.
