How many times have you seen the movie or musical?
I'm just a beginner, but I've seen the movie three times so far. I plan on watching it more, because I've really fallen in love with the movie and it's beauti-mous scenes and music. <3
One day though, I would love to see the musical in New York.
Beauti-mos? XD That's excellent.
Actually, I didn't see it even once in theatres like I wanted T_T But I bought the movie, and I've seen it about eight billion times.
I woulod love to see the musical on Broadway as well. I actually like La Vie Boheme better on Broadway then I did in the movie.

I want to see RENT so very badly on Broadway, but seeing as I live in the boonies I do believe it will be a long time before I can manage that. Damn the boonies I say! Damn them!
As for the movie, I've seen it about 4 or 5 times now. It would be more but prior to mom buying the movie last week I only saw it twice because of once I rented the movie from Blockbuster, under the orders to do so by many of my friends. And the second time was when my cousin bought it and I showed up while he was watching it.
However, just because I've seen the movie 4-5 times does not mean I don't know the music. I have owned the soundtrack for a while and the songs that are not on the soundtrack I have downloaded. So I know all the songs off by heart.
And I forced a friend to watch the movie last night. She loved it. ^_^
Woo.

I honestly cannot see why anyone would not enjoy Rent, or at least get emotional from it. I remember the first time I watched it, which was with about twenty people during college orientation one night. During the tense emotional parts, everyone was quiet and focused on the screen
LOL, I remember seeing the look on some of the guys faces when Angel and Collins kissed, or during the sensual moments between Maureen and Joanne. XD
I borrowed the DVD from a friend
so I need to watch it again.

I really want to see RENT on broadway, but haven''t been able to yet! But the movie was wonderful, and I know most of the characters were from the actual show so I love the movie! And I have probably seen is five or six times since I bought the DVD.

I haven't seen it... yet. But my grandma has Tivo and recorded it, so on a day that I don't have so much homework, I'll watch it. Ever since I heard every one on TPO talk about it, I've been feeling out of the loop, so I'm gonna watch it sometime this week and feel smarter!

I've seen the Angel Tour twice, and the Broadway showfive times. My favorite cast is the one with Andy Senor as Angel and Krystal Washington as Mimi. (Love them!!)
I've seen the movie too many times to count.

I've seen the show once on Broadway, I saw it when it came out in theatres, and then I bought the DVD and have since watched it a million times on the movie. (Well, not literally, but you get the drift).
And although Adam Pascal owns my heart and soul, Tim Howar (who played the role when I saw it on Broadway) was pretty damn amazing. And quite attractive as well.
Although my heart still belongs to Adam. Nothing will change that. Ever.
EDIT: (Because I saw how creative Rayna was and had to steal her idea. ;) <3!) Soundtrack: Yeah, uh, do you really expect me to actually count?! ;) A lot. We'll leave it there. Amateur performances: Twice. Once in public in a restaurant because we were at a long table and couldn't resist, once at our cast party for our musical. Fun stuff dude. Was Mimi.

Let's see... I've seen the play about 3 or 4 times. (Wimpy, considering how much I love it). I've listened to/sung along with/performed the soundtrack countless times. ^_^ I've read the script about eight times.
I've seen the movie twice. It was icky. And fun to make fun of.
I've read the parody of the movie a bajillion times. ^__^

The parody? May I ask what that is?
Do you mean Forbidden Broadway? I love their songs; Too Gay For You, Too Hetro For Me; Seasons of Hype; Ouch! They're Tight... All so funny

Sadly, I have never seen this musical or seen the movie. Is it any good?
