Welcome, RPers, to The Unmasking, a thread in which you can discuss individual characters and their development. Posting in the threads of other individuals isn't just allowed, it's encouraged and basically the whole point to this new section. Want to compliment a new player on the originality of their character, or maybe gush over your friend's choice for an AI? These threads would be the place to do it.
Another benefit is the opportunity to show off your art skills: Usually threads for Character Development start off with a big snazzy banner followed by a brief summary of the character's history or personality. Let your artistic imaginations run wild, though we will ask that you keep the dimensions of your graphics to a maximum of 700 x 400 pixels.
Some of the mods will be posting their characters' threads so you can better understand how this section works, but feel free to deviate from our examples. Enjoy, and happy posting!
If anyone is having trouble and would like help in building their original Character Development post in this section, just PM a moderator or admin and I'm sure those who Role Play will be more than happy to help, myself included.
Also, you are allowed to make a profile for both of your characters, so have fun developing :)

Pearce is not a good person. In fact, he really has no redeeming qualities about him at all. Underhanded, snide, violent, deceptive, lecherous, and cruel, he epitomizes amorality and wicked intentions. He is a man for whom the ends always justify the means, but on the same token, he prefers not to get his hands dirty. In addition, Pearce is a cunning individual, able to read and beguile the beliefs of others. He’s perfectly capable of putting on the airs of a sophisticated gentleman of proper breeding, which allows him to gain the trust of the men he wishes to manipulate or charm the women he plans on seducing. Speaking of which, Pearce is a womanizer, and despite his somewhat unconventional appearance, he’s quite good at getting what he wants. And, as a man of practically nonexistent principles, he has no problem taking what he wants if it isn’t offered to him freely. He can rape, he can murder, he can torture, lie, steal, covet, and control without a moment’s hesitation, making him a dangerous foe and a powerful ally. The trouble is, the only person to whom Pearce Rowe is faithful is Pearce Rowe.
