Edmund Simone
Gender:
Male
Age:
24
Date of Birth:
October 31st, 1983
Occupation:
Composer
Appearance:
Edmund is utterly beautiful, standing at 6'1, with a slim build, but it is all muscle, and is extremely strong. His sparkling brown eyes will amaze you, as you can see a glare of almost orange in them- You can almost find yourself entranced in them. His skin is quite pale, but it is beautiful and flawless. The structure of his face is quite bold, and has high cheek bones. He has thick brown/red hair that is flowing and slicked back. As well, he has a light Irish accent, but it is barely audible.
Personality:
Edmund is the most mysterious and "hard to read" person you will ever meet. You never quite know what he is thinking, and the way he looks at you, you are just dying to know!
He is like the ghost at the Populaire, because you never know where he is nor when...He is very modest and doesn't like to express emotions with people he does not know well.
Edmund is very strong and tough, and tends to save the day. When he gets angry, it's extremely terrifyng, and you'd like to stay clear...Especially when he looses his temper a lot, which happens often. He gets very offensive over the strangest little remarks, and sometimes needs to have a sense of humor. He can loose his cool a lot. He is a pretty serious person, but if you're close with him, you'll see his has some wit and dark humor that is hilarious.
All around, he is a passionate person. He can turning "nothing" into "something". Usually, he can get what he wants with people, since his voice is like velvet and he has a charm.
Though, when it comes to others- Edmund can be exceedingly stubborn, and sometimes almost greedy.
Edmund isn't the one to strike up conversation, and you most of the time, have to approach him first. Though, if you say something idotic, he will quickly make a judgement on you, and want absolutely nothing with you. He judges people mostly on first impressions..He doesn't understand they can be misleading.
For the people he knows and cares about, he will always be there and is very compassionate. Always looking out, and is like their rock.
Very romantic, and simply irresistable.
Edmund is an all around good guy, but with some flaws...
History:
Edmund was born in Dublin Ireland to James and Clarisse Simone. His father owned a restraint, and was rarely home- because he worked during the day, and at night, would go out with his "buddies", doing who knows what. So, in a way, Edmund was the man in charge at home, helping his mother with his three younger siblings- Emmet, Emily, and Aimon. His mother was a seamstress, and helped her a lot with keeping the house in order. Plus, Edmund always felt bad for his mother, because his father treated her poorly and was rarely home.
When he was of a young age, his beautiful mother had passed from a bad heart condition. He was depressed and distraught, though he had to keep strong for his family. His father would go out drinking all the time, and turned into quite the drunken. Edmund then found his "outlet"/ his passion.
His passion, was music. Edmund had a natural talent, and was no doubt- gifted. His father would not get him a piano, (Though, he had enough money to buy about twenty), because he felt it wasn't manly, and besides, Edmund was going to take over the family business. Despite the fact that his father did not support him, he befriended the owner of the music store in the center of the town. At night, when his family was asleep, the owner would leave the shop back door open, and Edmund would sneak in, and would write and play musical until the sun had risen for the next day. This routine happened until he graduated from high school.
Though, one night, Edmund had been playing a rather beautiful piece he had written, when he suddenly saw something in the corner of his eye. Looking, he then met eyes with a beautiful girl, peering in through the glass window, seemingly entranced by his music. He had invited her in, and the rest of the night was spent with just the two talking. Her name was Annette, and was his first love.
He had no intention of going to college, for he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Anette. She was a dancer, and they both had talked about going to Paris with one another, and becoming what they always dreamed of, a composer and dancer. When Edmund's father found about this, he was infuriated, beginning to shout, scream, and finally hit him hard, telling him to get out of his house, and to never come back. His father disowned him. He had no choice but to say goodbye to his younger siblings, who were near graduation themselves, telling hem he would write, etc. It was hard, but Edmund still wanted to pursue his career.
Though, there would be another barrier, as Annette, the other most important woman in his life, was killed by a drunk driver. Edmund was utterly heartbroken and depressed. He had no place to go now, but stayed back at his home, just locking his door, but his father didn't really know he was there, for he was never home to notice.. For months he didn't eat nor sleep, not even talk all that much. He was a mess. That was until several months later, his angelic little sister Emily had come in, begging him to move on, and go to Paris and pursue his dream, to not waste his talent. Annette would have wanted him to...
After much thinking, Edmund left his family, and headed to Paris to pursue the dream that he had, had since he was little. He was hired, and began composing music, creating the most spectacular shows, and writing songs for his own enjoyment.
Though, he was a genius, he had troubles with the Managers. They were always getting into fights about what should be put into shows, and what should not. Edmund rarely got his way, but he kept everything he has drawn/written/composed in his "secret room", since it was more mature material anyway. He very much does not like the Managers, and tends to think that Ballerinas are picky, because they would always complain his music was too fast. He is a struggling artist, trying to make a name for himself, and not depend on the Populaire, But for now- it's there rules.
Other: Edmund is very modest of his work, and had recently found the lairs beneath the Populaire, which no one really knows that much about, and has set up his own room there, where his work is.
