I found this site quite by accident and am very pleased to know that something like this exists. I am going to figure out this site and hopefully will be able to contribute to it. It's exciting to know that Phantom touches so many people of varied ages, backgrounds, countries etc. Thanks for allowing me to join your group.

Hello Kristine. Forgve me if you've answered this in your three intro (yes as short as it was I still have terrible comprehension :wiggle:), but did you say you were a new phan or just a new phan on his board...either way WELCOME!
Isn't it wonderful to find such a lovely site on accident? Hello, I'm PJ or Patricia Jane *list of other names and so on and so forth* I'm sure you'll pick up on how this place functions in no time. It's rather simple, but if push comes to shove and you need help don't hesitate to ask for help via PM or the help thread is always convienient. Or if you want to chat, anyone online would love to chat...if not there's always me and quite a few other daily-iers around here who love a PM coversation. And don't forget our lovely board of Admins and Mods. *bows in their honor* they always are great help or company and they work super hard to keep this place up online. :)
Have fun and once again welcome!

Thanks, PJ. I guess I'm a new "Phan" since I only recently read the book and then I had to rent the movie. I live relatively close to NYC and will see the Broadway show in March. I have also read the book Phantom by Susan Kay. I know there's a big divider amongst phans regarding this book. Once I was hooked, I wanted to read or see anything Phantom related.
I'm still trying to navigate around the site and figure out what everything is all about. So, thank you for your kind welcome and I'm sure we'll chat again soon.

Oh yes I understand! When I read the original I wanted to see the silent movie and then buy the Kay version and then I saw it in Vegas...gorgeous! Awww once I sat at the doors of the theater in Vegas and the security guards just looked at me funny. My parents went to see other shows with me but while they shopped I sat at the doors. You could still hear it from outside...amazing!

Hey, Kristine, welcome to the site - and the phandom!
As you've probably already seen, there are a bunch of wonderful, fun, friendly people on the site, who all love Phantom! I'm A_Single_Rose, or just Rose for short, and like PJ said, if you ever have any questions or want an interesting conversation, feel free to PM me or any of the other members on the site!
See you around,
Rose
