Vampire Diaries

While I'm not a fan of the books, I really do enjoy the Vampire Diaries TV series...especially of Damon. ;)

Anyone else here a fan?

I saw the first episode and couldn't really get into it. I'll have to watch another one sometime and see if my feelings have changed.

I totally know what you mean. The first few episodes were...well, kinda lame. I had to watch past episode five, I think, before I really started to like it. The story lines definitely got a better.

I agree with you, though. For me, if I hadn't given it a fair shot (in my opinion), I wouldn't care about it at all.

I stumbled upon another episode last night and I was just wondering, has Elena finally been turned into a vampire? Some evil guy walked in at one point and asked her what she was doing, she said, "making a cup of coffee", then he forced her to go stand in the sunlight and she started to burn.
It gets really confusing only catching episodes once in a while!

Actually that would be Katherine that happened to. Elena is still a human, but they are working with Katherine who is a vampire who looks just like her. IT does get kind of confusing.
