"Sexy" Phantom costume

So I just came across this and could not help but laugh. At the same time it's kind of a shame. Why do they have to turn every thing form something famous and make a sexy female costume for it?

Oh, dear God. That has got to be the most horrible-looking version of a Phantom costume I've ever seen. So glad I have no intention of dressing that way this year.
