Jersey Boys!!

Ok I searched for a thread like this, but the one hadn't been posted in since 2006, so I hope this is ok to do!

I saw Jersey Boys over this Spring Break, much to my excitement :P, I really did not want to see it....at all! I wanted to rather see Phantom, which we did :}, but anyways, we saw Jersey Boys, and I actually really enjoyed it! It was very well put on, nicely written, and the singing was just AMAZING! I couldn't believe and man could sing that high, besides The Phantom haha. So have any of you other people see it? If so what did you think of it?

Jersey Boys, although I didn't see it, is a truly amazing piece of art. When it was touring, the cast stopped by my school for a Q and A. They signed my notebook paper!!

They were incredibly nice and talented. Apparently, the man who played Frankie Valli is actually a baritone, but had this amazing falsetto range. Also, the man who played the manager has played the manager both on and off broadway for about three years. He was also in the original Into the Woods. They gave us the story about their auditions and their rehearsals, and it was amazing.

It's a beautiful show, and very artistically done. I wish I would have actually seen it instead of reading about it and using youtube. But instead, I met the cast and became biased towards it. It's a great show that I will get around to seeing someday (hopefully soon).

You definatly should! It's great, they had the EXACT same choreography as the Four Seasons, and were all very in touch with their characters, I can now see why it's rated the # 1 show in Las Vegas!

I'm seeing it next month at the Ohio Theater:) I've never seen it before, but I love the music and can't wait! Glad to hear that it's as good as it looks!
