Hi there!

I want to learn 'The Phantom of the Opera' on the piano, and I have already found the version I want to learn. The problem is I don't know which version it is, so I don't know what sheet music to buy! I tried to find some sheet music previews with the first page to determine if it was the right one, but I couldn't even find that in any of the few previews. :-|

So, I was hoping someone here could help me identify the right version. Here are two youtube videos with the one I have in mind:

Thanks for reading.

Oh, and if you know of any piano arrangements that you think are better, than by all means tell me about them.

I have been taking piano lessons for two years now, but although I bought sheet music for Phantom, I had to buy the simplified version after I bought the book of sheet music to it at the stage show. Unfortunately the more complicated version is beyond me yet so i can't tell you if this is the same version or not, but I'd buy the main book that has the sheet music for all the main songs.

Thank you for answering. (And good luck on learning the Phantom songs on the piano).

I actually managed to find two different download links for the sheet music to the PotO, but none of them were right.

The version I want is an arrangement for piano only, so there shouldn't be a seperate staff for the lyrics. Also, the left hand should jump around a bit more when compared to the standard version. :)

But no worries, I'm sure I will track it down eventually.

Hi:) The best version that I know is the one Wandering told you about, which is the official score. It's not that difficult if you work on it for a while- I'm finally getting the hang of it. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure which arrangement it is that you're looking for :(
