Hi! Ummm....these are mostly off-topic, you know, but I thought I'd share anyway. A few are crazy, and a few are deep with three meanings, but I wrote them all, and I like them. Give me some feedback, OK? Thanks!

Go Crazy!

I watch the rain fall out my window
Falling on the land
And I lose my mind for a sec
I've gone crazy in the best possible way!
I run out into the yard
With my pyjamas on
Dancing in the rain in my bare feet!
But I haven't felt this good in a while
I haven't felt this great
I keep waiting for it to wear off
I keep waiting to feel sad
But it's not happening anytime soon, so I think I'll just go crazy!!!
And dance in the rain!
Get myself soaking wet
Then do it again!!
Do it again!

Every day
Of sitting here and watching you
Look at her that way
When you shouldn't be
You should be looking at me
She doesn't care
The way I do
She doesn't love

Lonley Little Girl

Oh to look inside my soul
What sorrows you will find
Of a lonley little girl
Always left behind
She called "Wait up!"
But they made her cry
Because they never stopped
For this lonley little girl
She waited for a sign
They they would come around
But they never did
And so her heart dropped to the ground
She will be forever

Lucy (<This one's about a special gerbil I loved)

Lucy
When I held you for the first time I couldn't speak
You had tiny ears and itty-bitty feet
You walked around and drank some milk
You squeeked at me when you'd had your fill
You couldn't see but you could feel
And oh how I wish this wasn't real
I wasn't supposed to get close, it wasn't smart
But your tiny tail and quiet chirps tugged at my heart
And when I thought that you would live
Lucy, your name I did give
But darling, you didn't make it
And I just can't shake it
This feeling of guilt, of loss
Because
I love you Lucy

Avoid the fight
Breathing heavy
Heart beating
Feeling sick
Feel like heaving
They’re chasing you
Into the dark
Surrounding you
Inside the park
Don’t trip
Don’t fall
Keep on your toes
Don’t drop the ball
Find a way
Got to hide
Run away
Hide inside
The factory
Across the way
They won’t find you
There’s no way
Run away
Run, run, run
I can’t believe
They’re having fun
Your hand trembles
In the pitch black
You run again
You can’t look back
They see you now
They’ve found you out
They’re gaining now
You try to shout
But you can’t breath
Let alone yell
They’ve trapped you now
In a prison cell
Of boxes and bags
Fists and feet
Upon you now
Mercilessly they beat
You don’t know
If its blood or tears
Across your face
You can’t see or hear
You can’t move
You just lie still
While they hurt you
Against your will
Your world goes black
After they finally stop
Your last fight
And you have lost
The police arrive
Early the next day
I can’t believe it
Is all they can say
A young black man
His blood brutally spilled
Everywhere
This boy was killed
Hunted down
Stalked and chased
Didn’t have a chance
Couldn’t escape
A teenaged boy
In his prime
No accident
This was a hate crime
The murderers
Have no passion
What they seriously lacked
Was compassion
And so a kid
No more than nineteen
Who was punched and kicked (every day)
Died at the scene
There was no one to hear
His screams ort his shouts
Or maybe someone did
But just tuned them out


So....Yea, those are some things I wrote.....

Home Again

I want this to be over
I want to come home
I want to hug you and look at you
Not talk to you on the phone

I want to come home
And be with you again
To talk and laugh with you
For hours on end

I want to watch T.V. with you
And sing off key
Even though you sing perfect
I guess that's only me

I want to stop imagining
And trying not to cry

Through all of these hard times

I want to stop pretending
Stop trying to make friends

Sam, those poems are so beautiful, breathtaking, grand, gorgeous, wonderful, every word you could possibly think of to describe poems made from heaven.

The Lonley Little Girl made me shed a tear, such talent, don't you all agree? I know Gerik/ Erik would be proud (Hehehe)

I'm sorry I wasn't everything I never could and never will be.

I know this sound pathetic and I know it's two years too late

A thousand tears I've shed
A thousand more to come

Now my nights are filled with sorrow
My pillow is wet with tears
I feel as though I've been robbed
We only had twelve years

The laughter is gone
My food is tasteless
I don't sleep a wink
I walk around on edge

Come back to me, father
I miss you
Come back to me, I've died
I can not live without you.


Explination on that one is that my father is not dead, but I had a dream, a very vivid dream, where he did die at work and I never saw him again, and it made me so sad when I woke up that I had to write that.
