To help out with the growing number of members on the board, we would like to open an invitation for a moderator search. We need a committed, active member to become part of the staff and such. Requirements? Be friendly towards other users, and preferably have decent imaging skills. We wont make a decision completely on this, but themes are a desperate part of the board needed. I alone, nor the rest of the staff, can make themes right out of the blue. With that, please PM The Phantom with the following information:

We're going to wait a while for applications to come in, and then we'll cut out some people and possibly have a 'finalists' competition to see who would do the best. Be patient and good things will come. :)
Edit:
Sorry for the long wait, but I never got a chance to write up the moderator changes that have been going on! Since the announcement of the moderator search, weve had several applications that were fantastic and stood out from the rest. Give congratulations to Carlotta Guidicelli, now under the guise of Meg Giry, and the user Raoul as new stage hand (moderators)! Silhouette has also came to the staff as a Graphics and Themes moderator.
Congratulations to everyone! You can still send in your applications as normal to be kept on file. We may need extra help in the future! ;)
